The second high-level Ethiopian-Sudan border political talks were held in Khartoum, Sudan for two days on December 13 and 14, 2013.

The Ethiopian delegation was also led by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Demeke Mekonnen.
