He said the terrorist TPLF had rejected the government’s offer of a ceasefire and was even spreading to neighboring regions.
Humanitarian organizations have been obstructed from the delivery of food aid to people in need in Tigray State through the Afar region, but the assistance is now being distributed to the needy, she said.
She also said that the TPLF’s harassment has displaced residents in neighboring regions.
