Patriots Association urge Ethiopians to stand united against enemies

Lij Daniel Jote Mesfin, President of the Ethiopian Patriots Association, urged people to join in order to defeat the country’s foreign foes.
Ethiopia has been confronted with a situation that is close to the invasion it faced 80 years ago. On May 5, the Ethiopian Patriots Association held a press conference to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Patriots Victory Day, which commemorates the end of the Italian Fascist occupation in 1941.
Lij Daniel Jote Mesfin told journalists that the Victory Day will be commemorated with a series of activities near the Victory Monument in Arat Kilo, with high-ranking officials such as President SahleWork Zewdie in attendance.

Ethiopia’s historical enemies are attempting to use internal circumstances in the region to further their evil agenda and sow discord between the government and the citizens, according to the Association President, who is confident that the nation will still defend its dignity through the bravery of its people.
