Locust plane crashes in Jarso Woreda, East Hararge Zone
Eyewitnesses confirmed that the plane, which was carrying out chemical spraying from Addis Ababa to prevent locust swarms in seven woredas of the zone, crashed.
The plane took off at 5:45 pm today and crashed during a technical spraying operation.
The pilot was slightly injured in the accident and was sent to Addis Ababa for treatment.
